Roles
Super Admin and MD can't be deleted, renamed, or duplicated — only one Super Admin account can ever exist. Custom roles below them can be created and deleted freely, as long as no user currently holds one when it's deleted.
Accountant — module access
Edit and Delete act immediately. Edit + Approve and Delete + Approve give the same
control, but the action creates a pending request instead — nothing changes until MD or Accountant decides it.
Picking one clears its alternative.
